The Recording Academy and CBS are gearing up for their 63rd Annual Grammy Awards set to air on January 31, 2021. They named the Daily Show host, Trevor Noah as the host of the musical celebration.

Her social media images teased an Alice in Wonderland theme video, the video is fun, whimsical and creative. Back in August , the world’s hearts were crying due to the loss of Black Panther, the late Chadwick Boseman. As many know, Boseman went above and beyond to get the job done all whilst battling colon cancer. Just when fans may have believed they won’t be able to see Boseman grace the silver screen in future projects, but Netflix, just made it clear that you would.

Last night, Netflix released the first images of Boseman’s last movie he filmed before his untimely departure. Chadwick Boseman will be starring alongside Viola Davis in the upcoming drama, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom based on the August Wilson play. The film was directed by George C. Wolfe and produced by Denzel Washington. Set in Chicago 1927, the film showcases the life of blues singer Ma Rainey, who is being play by Davis. Boseman will play Ma Rainey’s trumpet player, Levee.

During an interview with the New York Times, Viola Davis stated that she had no idea Boseman was suffering from the illness. Chadwick Boseman was truly the definition of a superhero. Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom is set to release on December 18,2020
