#SQUEEZEALERT: TORY LANEZ FACING UP TO 22 YEARS

Daystar Peterson, better know as Tory Lanez has been charged for the Megan Thee Stallion shooting. The world has been trying to figure out what really happened that night between the two superstars. The Canadian native is being charged with: one count of assault with a semiautomatic gun and one count of carrying an unregistered loaded firearm.
Since the shooting, Megan Thee Stallion broke her silence after some time passed and she flat out stated that Tory shot her and his team was covering it up for him by lying to the public. The entire time Lanez kept quiet until a couple of weeks ago, when he tweeted for the first time announcing he was. going to finally speak out. Lanez technically didn’t speak out but instead released a mixtape that he stated told the truths about how he felt and what happened that night. Many former fans and current fans were upset with the timing of the release, because of the need to focus on the Breonna Taylor trial. However, the rapper/singer stated that the release date was set because of the significance of that date to him. We agreed it was not the time during this social climate.
Since July, fans have been in a frenzy picking sides. and commenting all over social media platforms but hopefully, this case will bring the real story and the truth to the light. If convicted, Lanez will face up to 22 years and 8 months in prison.
