Last night on BET, Hip-Hop royalty came out for the annual award show. Master P was the honoree recipient of the I Am Hip Hop Award, Megan Thee Stallion was the big winner of the night nabbing 3 awards and the late rapper, Pop Smoke won Best New Hip Hop Artist. See the full list of nominees below:

Congratulations to all the nominees and winners. Not only were there some big wins last night but there were some pretty spicy performances.
Some of the performances were made by, City Girls, Big Sean and Jhene Aiko and Quavo performed a special tribute for Pop Smoke. A special appearance from Senator Kamala Harris was made to stress the importance of HBCUS ( Historically Black Colleges and Universities) . If you missed it tune in and understand why we must continue to attend these prestigious places of higher education. Last but not least we can’t forget to mention the infamous award show cyphers.
